Central Commission for Academic Degrees and Titles based on art. 5 paragraph. 2 Act of 14.03.2003r on Academic Degrees and Title after consultation with General Council for Science and Higher Education, decided to grant authorization for the Institute of Aviation in Warsaw to confer the degree of doctor of technical sciences in the construction and operation of machinery. The first Ph.D. will be opened later this year.
