ESTERA Project objective is to develop and deliver prototype of Closed-Loop System optimized for Active Flow Control actuation applied at the wing’s trailing edge or wing’s body and used for drag reduction/buffeting control in high-lift and high-speed aircraft operations.

Innovation of this project is to create a system of automatically reacting to flow changing and control actuators properly, which is possible to use and optimize aerodynamics of an aircraft wing especially during take-off and landing.
